"Our name honors a legacy of dedication and craftsmanship. In 1946, my great-grandfather, Eugene Schuler, and his brother, Nathan Jr., founded Schuler Brothers Plumbing and Heating, following in the footsteps of their father (Nathan Schuler Sr.). At just 18 years old, Grandpa helped build a business that served his community for 48 years. Today, we carry that same spirit of hard work and reliability into the modern world of fire and EMS data."

Paul has served as a firefighter/EMT since 2015 and has been a licensed paramedic since 2019. Through his career, he saw firsthand the challenges smaller and rural fire and EMS agencies face — limited resources, inequitable access to grants, and gaps in public representation.
As the lead technical resource for EMS data in Missouri, Paul supports statewide data initiatives while remaining committed to helping individual agencies use technology and analytics to operate more efficiently.
In 2024, he founded Schuler Brothers Consulting & Analytics (SBCA) to provide practical, affordable, and tailored digital solutions — from websites and dashboards to grant support — designed specifically for the needs of fire and EMS organizations.
Just as our family has served its community for generations, we help fire and EMS agencies serve theirs. Partner with SBCA to build tools that strengthen your agency and support the people who protect others every day.
