The Original Schuler Brothers:

Our story begins with Nathan Schuler, who served as the first Assistant Chief of the newly formed Sullivan Volunteer Fire Department while building a plumbing business that became a cornerstone of the local community.
In 1946, following their father's example, brothers Eugene and Nathan Schuler Jr. founded Schuler Brothers Plumbing & Heating. They spent the next 48 years building a business known for dependable work and lasting relationships.

Founder/Principal Consultant
As a paramedic, researcher, and data scientist, Paul specializes in helping fire, EMS, and healthcare organizations transform complex operational data into actionable intelligence. His work combines advanced analytics, geospatial analysis, and software development with firsthand emergency services experience to build decision-support tools, automate reporting, and evaluate system performance. Paul has led statewide EMS research initiatives and analytics projects that improve operational efficiency, support funding decisions, and advance patient care.

Associate Consultant
Luc supports consulting engagements through data analysis, financial analysis, presentation development, and project coordination. While completing his Business Administration degree at the University of Missouri, he is gaining hands-on consulting experience by assisting with client analytics, preparing reports and executive presentations, and contributing to projects that help fire, EMS, and healthcare organizations make informed, data-driven decisions.
